These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WAVL website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About WAVL and the Site

WAVL provides restaurant websites, website care, AI analytics, and AI agent services for restaurants. The Site describes those services and lets you request a demo. Any services you purchase from WAVL will be governed by a separate written agreement, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms.

The Site is intended for business use by restaurant owners, operators, and their representatives, and for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Demo requests

When you request a demo, you agree to provide accurate information and to have authority to share it on behalf of your restaurant or brand. Requesting a demo does not create any obligation for you to purchase, or for WAVL to provide, any service. We may decline or reschedule demo requests at our discretion.

By submitting the demo form, you agree that WAVL may contact you by email or phone about your request and our services. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

3. Offers and pricing

Promotions shown on the Site, such as a free strategy call or a free month of premium onboarding, are subject to availability and eligibility, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and are confirmed only in a written agreement with WAVL. Prices and service descriptions on the Site are provided for information and do not constitute a binding offer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information, or impersonate any person or business
• Send spam, automated submissions, or malicious code through the Site or its forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site’s content or design for a competing product without our permission

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, designs, the WAVL name and logo, and software, are owned by WAVL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation of WAVL. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Examples, results, and testimonials

Website mockups, sample dashboards, sample conversations, statistics, and other examples on the Site are illustrative. Results vary by restaurant and depend on many factors outside our control, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Nothing on the Site is a promise of any specific increase in orders, revenue, or other results.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services, such as hosting, form processing, fonts, and code libraries, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information through the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAVL and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
